Greetings, nerdz!
Have you thought about light pollution. Well, you see, most people don't even see light pollution as a form of pollution. So we have made a PSA to inform people about causes and effects of light pollution.
Me, and my friends Yağmur and Nur gathered together to make our project. First, we had written a script, then I made a presentation using Microsoft PowerPoint. I had used PowerPoint countless times, so I didn't have any hardships. We worked in an empty classroom and recorded our voices. For this, we used my laptop microphone. After that, Nur combined our voices using Clipchamp and Yağmur made the video using PowerPoint.
First, like the other tasks we have done, digital story telling taught us collaboration and teamwork. Like they say, teamwork makes dream work. Aside from that, I personally didn't learn any new skills. All the other skills like making a presentation or recording my voice were familiar to me. But for novice beginners, this task would be helpful since it requires many skills. My partners for this task were Yağmur Akyel and Nur Çögen. You can also find our PSA by clicking here.
Sad to say it nerds, but the end is coming. My semester is near its end and I don't have a course involving this blog for a whole semester. So, I won't be writing anything for half a year, well, after 1 or 2 final posts.
